Well, yep…that’s seems to be it in a nutshell…and, I’d venture to say, a sound argument for guerilla/terrorist entities remaining just that, for once they gather the power to become a nation-state like entitiy (such as Iran), then they are forced into an industrial warfare mode…
Best for them to be happy with a little and then just keep biting the ankles of the rich people a lot….
