There’s a reason the PAOs hated that SOB, by the way…

    Gee, Chap. I knew the guy was a first class pr!ck the first time I read about him. But I never knew he had a rap sheet over here ;-)

    I first figured it out in 2003 when the senior PAO at the very large staff I was in *spit* when I mentioned his name…
