It’s Spelled “hangAr”, People

“Y’all make a great photo op.” Or not. Sometimes stage management has unintended consequences, I suppose.

    Commented over at Lex’s about this but figured I’d say it over here as well…the aides were lucky because the F-15s were off on a TDY that week. There just happened to be a few left around, otherwise the aides would’ve been SOL because there’s only one F-15 squadron up here. Surprised the story took this long to break, it was buzzing around the base on the same day as the POTUS visit.

    I’m thinking the issue isn’t that it took time to break but that the story got out at all. Usually these things just become RUMINT passed around the military.

    Heh – I caught the Hanger thing, too. The eyes of a careful reviewer of subordinate performance reports, have I. Years of it, even. Tiring, but must do what we can for moral and esprit de corpse.
